The platform demonstrates significant potential as an institutional knowledge hub for CGIAR and its various stakeholders. However, as it is still in its initial development phase, there are several opportunities for enhancement to improve user interface, inclusivity, and long-term relevance.
-
The platform interface could be made more user-friendly to easily navigate, search, and access relevant knowledge products.
-
Incorporating filter and tagging options (e.g., thematic areas, regions, or stakeholder types) would enhance discoverability of resources.
-
The inclusion of a “multiple interest selection” feature would allow users to personalize their content feed and access cross-thematic learning materials.
-
In due course, the platform should aim to become more inclusive, featuring contributions from diverse CGIAR centers, national partners, and practitioners.
-
The strength of this platform will lie in its co-creation approach. Continuous collaboration with subject matter experts across CGIAR centers and allied institutions will ensure content quality, contextual relevance, and scientific rigor. With iterative refinement, participatory knowledge sharing, and ownership, the platform can evolve into a trusted one-stop repository for capacity development resources
